“Je Cours Pour Ma Forme”: Spring 2026 – Registration is now open

Here is important information for our new “Spring 2026” session.

  • Three levels are proposed: 0-5km, 5-10 and 7-12km
  • Information session on Tuesday 10 March at 6:30 pm: presentation of coaches and levels + test
  • Start of the session: Tuesday 17 March
  • Duration: 12 weeks + test 13th week + graduation ceremony 14th week (Tuesday 16 June)

 

The program JCPMF, organised by the Wolu Sports Park, is for anyone who wants to learn to run, sharpen her/his shape and/or improve her/his endurance.

  • 0-5 km: is for beginners and aims to allow neophytes to run 5km (or 40 minutes) without stopping – 12 coached sessions on Tuesday 7.00 pm
  • 5-10: is aimed at runners who want to improve their condition with the goal of running 10 km (or 60 minutes) – 12 coached sessions on Tuesday 6:30 pm
  • 7-12km: is aimed at more experienced runners who wish to venture over longer distances with the objective of running 12km (or 70 minutes)12 coached sessions on Tuesday at 30 pm.

 

The coached sessions start in front of the gates of Wolu Sports Park, avenue Edmond Galoppin, 1 1150 Brussels. The groups are mixed, international and multigenerational. Claire, Eric and Philippe, our more than confirmed coaches, will look forward to seeing you. A relaxed atmosphere, enthusiasm, challenge and conviviality will also be on the programme! A briefing will be given before the start of the first session and teaching materials will be distributed to participants to enable them to follow the program as well as possible.
